Customers friend award

ICERTITAS is a global organization, with headquarter in Zurich, which conducts market research in order to find the best candidates that achieve outstanding results in its field of work.
Based on their surveys, Halkbank a.d. Beograd is recognized as an institution that has a special relationship with its clients in the Southeast Europe region.

In addition, Ms. Hristina Lazarević PR and Head of Quality Management Department is pronounced the winner of the award for the leader of Southeast Europe 2020/2021 in the field of PR, communication strategy and marketing campaigns.
